Intended use: For foot soaking or bathing

Shelf life: Two years, please store in a dry place

Instructions:
1. Place the herbal bath bag into the foot basin or bathtub, then add water to a comfortable temperature (38~42). Once the herbal fragrance is released, you can soak your feet or bathe. After soaking for 10-15 minutes, take a short break and replenish fluids.
2. This product is for external use only; do not ingest.
3. Before and after soaking, please replenish fluids. The recommended soaking time is 20 minutes.

Usage:
One pack for 2000cc of water.

(For foot soaking up to the ankles: 1 pack + 2000cc of water, for soaking up to the knees: 2 packs + 4000cc of water, for half-body bathing: 4 packs + 8000cc of water, for full-body bathing: 6 packs + 12000cc of water)
Water temperature: Maintain a temperature that is comfortable and won't scald the skin (38~42).
Water volume: For foot soaking, cover the ankles to the calves; for bathing, the water level should not exceed the level of the heart.
Duration: Soak for 20-30 minutes daily (avoid prolonged soaking; slight sweating on the back and forehead is preferable). 2-3 times a week is sufficient; do not overdo it.
It is recommended to soak 1 to 2 hours before bedtime to aid sleep.

Precautions:
1. Pregnant women, women during menstruation, or those with wounds or bleeding on the feet should not use this product.
2. Elderly people or those with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, arteriosclerosis, or heart disease should be accompanied by family members during soaking. The soaking time should be controlled within 15 minutes, and the water temperature should be maintained at 38-40 to avoid discomfort caused by rapid blood circulation or prolonged soaking.
3. During foot sprains, ice packs are recommended instead of foot soaking.
4. Avoid foot soaking within one hour after eating, exercising, or on an empty stomach.
5. Please store in a cool place and keep out of reach of children.
6. Please read the instructions on the outer packaging before use.
7. If you experience any discomfort (dizziness, headache) during soaking, please stop immediately.
